Warranty Policy
Products of Amorak Italy are crafted by professional technicians using only high quality materials. We are pleased to offer a limited warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear over time
Please do not remove any internal labels and tags, as this will void the warranty.

Steps for Eligible Warranty Service

Submit Your Request
Please email the following to shop@amorak.it to create your personal warranty account:-
Proof of purchase (sales invoice or payment record)

Photos of the defect(s) as well as the entire product

Evaluation
Once we receive your documentation, our team will review whether the issue is covered under warranty.-
Covered under Warranty:

Repairs will be carried out free of charge.

A warranty account with a personal code will be created for you.

We will provide the facility address for sending the product.

At our discretion, the product may be replaced instead of repaired.

Not covered under Warranty:

We will inform you of possible repair service charges in advance.

If you agree, we will proceed to create a warranty account with a personal code and provide the facility address for shipping your product.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Amorak Italy for warranty service.

Amorak Italy will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement product back to you.
Important: Please send the product in a secure box using a carrier that provides both a tracking number and proof of delivery. Until the item is signed for at our facility, you remain responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
