If you wish to request an exchange or return, please contact us at shop@amorak.it . The merchandise must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels attached and any accessories included, in perfect condition. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Amorak Italy will cover the shipping cost to return products for exchange or refund.
  • Please ensure to put all returns into a secure box and contact us for pick up at your place.
