Exchange & Return

If you wish to request an exchange or return, please contact us at shop@amorak.it within 48 hours of receiving your order. The merchandise must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels attached and any accessories included, in perfect condition. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to Amorak Italy.

• Amorak Italy will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you.

• Please ensure that returns are sent in a secure box, using a carrier that provides both a tracking number and proof of delivery. Until the product is signed for by us, you are responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
